The Japanese Amazon page for the Steins;Gate 0 anime soundtrack has been updated to include a tracklist of all included songs and music, as well as the CD boxart. A link to the page can be found here.
The CDs will include 49 tracks, and a new monologue drama titled “Puddle of Tearful Rain”. This monologue will be voiced by Kana Hanazawa, Mayuri Shiina’s voice actress.

The soundtrack will release on September 19, 2018, and is priced at 3,240 yen (about $29 USD, or 25€).
In addition, Famitsu has revealed that a CD containing Robotics;Notes DaSH’s opening song will release on November 21, 2018.
The opening song, titled “Avant Story”, will be performed by Zwei, with lyrics written by Chiyomaru Shikura.
The CD will also include a new monologue drama voiced by Yoshino Nanjo, the voice actress for Akiho Senomiya.
Though it is not available for preorder yet, Famitsu states that the CD’s price will be 1,400 yen (about $12 USD or 10€).
