With a new year comes a new fan showcase! Last month’s showcase can be viewed here.
Without further ado, let’s get right into it.
ItsRigs / KaitoCross / MrMonday – Chaos;Head trailer fan-translation
This three-man team recently got together to translate an old trailer for Chaos;Head’s PC release, a trailer which was originally uploaded to the game’s official site.
In addition to translating the video’s audio and text, a large amount of effort was evidently put into the video’s editing. Various visual effects are applied to the on-screen text throughout the original video, and replicating said effects for the translated video must have taken an insane amount of dedication.
We would like to commend the team for their work on this project. Be sure to check out ItsRigs’ and KaitoCross’ channels for more content!
mewsic – Robotics;Notes DaSH “Avant Story” cover
We’ve featured mewsic prior to this showcase, but we felt that we had to do it again after listening to this amazing cover of Robotics;Notes DaSH’s opening song.
Zwei’s energetic original performance is equally matched in this beautiful English performance, complete with brand new catchy lyrics. We’re all very excited to see Robotics;Notes DaSH release in Japan this January 31st, and this delightful cover served to reinforce that hype.
mewsic has covered many other Steins;Gate songs in the past, so be sure to check out her channel if you’d like to hear more!
BlueRainbow101 – Chaos;Child fanart
To put it lightly, BlueRainbow101’s Chaos;Child fanart is absolutely adorable. We love her cute renditions of the story’s characters, and her attention to detail is astonishing.
We especially liked her “Silent Sky” artwork, as it seemed to be the most detailed and the most beautiful piece. It fits the themes of the game’s true ending perfectly, and it’s plainly obvious that a large amount of work was put into making it beautiful.
We haven’t featured all of her work here, so be sure to check out BlueRainbow101’s Tumblr page and DeviantArt page for more!
That’ll be it for this month’s fan showcase. Thanks for reading, and be sure to tune in for next month’s showcase!
