The 10th anniversary event that was previously teased has been revealed: Operation Fortuna is a Twitter event wherein users can retweet @kagakuadv tweets that contain the hashtag “#第三次世界大戦を回避せよ” once each day for a chance to win a copy of Steins;Gate on Steam or a 500 yen QUO card (Japan-only).

This event will run from today to August 8, 2020. Users from outside of Japan are allowed to participate, but the operation website states that the QUO card prize can only be shipped to addresses in Japan.
To enter, participants must retweet the @kagakuadv tweet with the relevant hashtag. Upon doing so, the user will be automatically sent a video depicting an Upa being released from a capsule toy machine. If the end of the video has the phrase “はずれ”, the user has not won a prize. Though currently unconfirmed, it seems likely that if the user receives a Metal Upa video or a video without the “はずれ” phrase, they will win a prize.
