Via realdgame.jp, the previously announced Steins;Gate escape room game has been delayed; though it was initially expected to launch on July 21, its launch date has been moved to August 13.
As noted by the official announcement, it is taking staff longer than expected to tailor the game’s system in a manner that will satisfy players. Thus, in order to deliver a more satisfactory product, the game’s launch is being delayed to allow for more adjustment time.
In compensation for this delay, SCRAP Corporation will be mailing complimentary acrylic keychains to individuals who have already purchased tickets for the game; these keychains will be styled after the game’s key visual.
In other news, SCRAP Corporation has additionally unveiled purchasable themed merchandise based on the upcoming game.
