The term “Double Pack” derives from the package containing both Steins;Gate Elite and Steins;Gate: Divergencies Assort, a three-pack bundle previously released for Nintendo Switch in 2019.
Buyers who preorder the game via maji-get.jp will receive a bonus A5-size plastic sleeve, while Amazon.jp preorders will come with a bonus digital wallpaper. 8-Bit ADV will be distributed as a DLC code for digital redemption; “Laboratory Report (Name Subject to Change),” an art and bonus story booklet previously bundled with Divergencies Assort, will not be included with this release.
MAGES. has additionally announced a permanent price cut for Steins;Gate Elite in the form of the “Steins;Gate Elite: Good Value Edition.” Priced at ¥4,180, buyers of this standalone release will also receive 8-Bit ADV, as well as a digital wallpaper if purchased from Amazon.jp. Currently, this edition has only been announced for Japan and Nintendo Switch.

Curiously, the covers of both releases feature a truncated Steins;Gate logo, as well as the text, “to be continue.” This may be hinting at further Steins;Gate-related developments over the course of its current fifteenth anniversary year.
We will strive to keep you updated as more information arises on these upcoming releases. For more Steins;Gate news, see our dedicated category.
