About

Kiri Kiri Basara is an information hub for the Science Adventure series, a group of interconnected multimedia titles created by MAGES. and Chiyomaru Studio. We started Kiri Kiri Basara in February 2018 as a small SciADV news provider, and over the years, we have expanded our scope to include reviews, game guides, and interviews as well. For those looking to get into the series, check out our introduction to Science Adventure here.

Our mission is to report on the latest series news, keeping English-speaking fans up to date on all recent SciADV happenings.

For any general questions, inquiries, or feedback, you can reach out to us via our social media pages or our staff email, listed below. If you want to contact a specific contributor on the team, our individual contact details are also listed on this page. We appreciate all questions and feedback received.

The name “Kiri Kiri Basara” originates from one of entries in the series, Occultic;Nine. In Occultic;Nine, protagonist Yuta Gamon owns and operates a blog called “Kirikiri Basara,” which focuses on debunking supernatural and occult-related news.

When the Occultic;Nine light novels were adapted into an anime, the website domain was revealed to be kirikiribasara.com.

We are not affiliated with MAGES. or Chiyomaru Studio in any way. This is an unofficial, not-for-profit website created by fans, for fans.

Kiri Kiri Basara’s upkeep costs are funded entirely through our Patreon. All funds received from our patrons are invested into hosting, maintenance, and the betterment of the site.
